Kim has 30 years experience in teaching various forms of fitness including Pilates, Yoga, Aerobics and Circuit Training.

Initially training as an “Aerobics” instructor in 1991 Kim is now specialising in Pilates and exercise classes for the over 50s.  Having taken up Yoga in 1983 as part of her Duke of Edinburgh award she rose to the challenge when asked by a private group for a more gentle class to accommodate a lady going through premature menopause. She trained to teach Freestyle Fitness Yoga and Fitness Pilates in the early 2000s and updated her qualifications since 2015 completing her Level 3 Pilates, Yoga, Exercise Referral and Level 4 Low Back Pain Exercise Specialist.  She is also studying Level 4 Exercise for Obesity and Diabeties.

If you want to gently get back your fitness then she is here to help you.  As we age our bodies change and the types of exercise we are able to do also change.    Regular exercise helps to keep us supple - "if you don't use it you lose it".


Illness, menopause and excess weight can all cause us to stop exercising.  If you've not exercised for a while then getting fit can seem like a huge challenge but "every journey starts with a single step"
