If you (or anyone you know) has limited mobility or is overweight and looking for somewhere to start their fitness journey why not come along to our Sit to Get Fit sessions on a Friday. This is a really friendly and social group. Great too if you are feeling isolated or lonely.
As well as a lot of laughter we aim to improve our strength, balance and memory in this Friday morning session.
