You do need to be able to get up and down from the floor for this class..
If you struggle the Thursday morning class is the gentler class with more time to allow you to do so slowly.
The Thursday evening class is the most energetic of the Pilates classes.

I have or had back pain and I am worried it will get worse.
I am looking for a safe, low-impact way to get my mobility and strength back.
I sit at a desk all day and my back feels really stiff and achy. I know my posture is probably not that good!
