Sit to Get Fit!

Aimed at but not limited to the 60+ age group who cannot or do not wish to get down on the floor.

Sit or stand for this workout, the Friday class is particularly suited to those in wheelchairs or with limited mobility.

  • I am looking to improve my flexibility, agility, aerobic health, balance and strength

  • I want a classes where exercises can be done seated or standing depending on my ability.

  • I am looking for group classes near me in Stonehouse

  • I don't want to commit to classes every week
