This class is a blend of Yoga and Pilates aimed at (but not restricted to) the 50+ age group. You do need to be able to get up and down from the floor easily for this class but easier options are available for those who need to improve their strength & flexibility. Harder Yoga routines are alternated with gentler Pialtes routines to allow recovery.
