Daytime and evening classes aimed at those with low back pain and those wishing to improve strength, balance, and flexibility.
Thurs am - Beginners - class is full
Friday am - multi-level - limited space
Please bring your own mat.
Level 1 - Seated class suitable for those with limited mobility & also wheelchair users
Level 2 - Standing workout with no floor-based work. Suitable for those who struggle to get up and down from the floor.
Level 3 - You may need to be able to get up and down from the floor in these classes. Some level of mobility required.
Level 4 - You need to be able to move quickly up and down from the floor. Not suitable for anyone with blood pressure issues.
Level 5 - Classes aimed at the younger age group (ie 50+ or even younger rather than 70+)
